I’m not a fast reader but this took me 4 months to finish. Was so close to dnf-ing but persevered and the ending was the most interesting part. I feel like that is the issue I have with many mysteries and feel like the shorter the better because the endings are the fun part, especially when the characters don’t stand out like in this.
