This book is bloody awesome! "Hoon the Hurricane" is a true master of disaster, making Jack Reacher look like a mere playdate for four-year-olds. I thoroughly enjoyed every sentence and find myself eagerly craving more from this series. A bit like Taken but better, more swearing and funnier. Scottish sarcasm is a weapon all on its own, when wielded by the right hand.
The author truly possesses the skill to spin an impressive tale. Hoon remains determined in his relentless pursuit to find his best friend's kidnapped daughter, who has fallen into the clutches of a sex trafficking organization. He stops at nothing, fearlessly stepping on anyone's toes, as he leaves no stone unturned in his quest to bring her home.
The plot is superb, the characters are exceptional, and every aspect of this book is simply outstanding!
