Beautiful and rhythmic.
I did not expect a book that had so many bathroom breaks in it to move me so, but here we are!
The unconditional love of Cerulean’s family, the way the pandemic revealed and exacerbated systems of oppression and inequality, and the education crisis all layered over a young person carving out a place for themselves in this work. Phew! I was moved. Absolutely loved this.
