A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles

5.0

Should have saved it for an especially cold snap of winter weather; picking up this book is like settling into a comfortable chair with a heavy blanket. A full cast of memorable characters and long, slow-burning plot arc. Beautifully constructed and sprinkled liberally with both wit and heartbreak. Also it's just begging to be made into a film starring Kevin Kline.
