“Sad Janet” is actually funnier than I thought it would be. There are even a few times where Janet reminds me of Miranda. I found myself relating to Janet in a few ways. I do have a gripe, though. I don’t like the ending. There are things that happened that I saw coming, which I have no issue with, but I don’t like the ending. It’s hard for me to explain. I enjoy the end in that it’s not a typical end, but it feels . . . weird, to me. I don’t know how else to put it. I do still really like the book as a whole though.
