I find the theme very interesting (quest for happiness and freedom) but it was soo long. This book is the travel diary of Tesson who goes to live in a hut in Siberia for 6 months, so we have a description of each day of these 6 months. It's very well written, the descriptions of landscapes are pleasant and make you travel, but honestly it's quite repetitive and redundant. So I think it's better to read in small bits to fully appreciate the book otherwise it quickly becomes boring.
Minor: Animal death and Suicidal thoughts
