The Angel by Tiffany Reisz
medium-paced
3.5
It was very nice to see Michael being jealous for Owen (a little kid) for having Nora's attention to being jealous of Nora for what she had with Griffin. I really felt bad for Michael through the whole book. He was just so afraid that he'll never find anyone who would love him.
I was only interested in what happened with Michael and Griffin. I didn't really care for their scenes with Nora, what Wes or any other characters were doing. The only part besides our main ship, I did enjoy reading more about Soren's past. It does explain a little why he is the way he is.
Getting back to Michael and Griffin. I didn't mind the age gap even if he was only seventeen years old. I loved that Griffin saw Michael in a way no one had before. He genuinely was curious about him and thought that Michael was funny. It was so sweet how Michael thought that Griffin deserved better than him but in the meanwhile Griffin thought that Michael was perfect, his dream man. Griffin made him feel safe, loved and peaceful. Griffin was also able to make his stress and fears vanish. Michael on other hand was able to make Griffin feel in the way no one, even Nora had before.
The Angel might have gotten a little bigger rating from me if it only focused on Griffin and Michael but all in all I had a fun time reading it.
