The writing does an AMAZING job of pulling you into the story; it is rich and descriptive in a deeply immersive way. Non-linear storytelling is usually a gimmick, but I felt that the different storylines were thematically linked and therefore appropriate. I immediately thought of the "Solution" game noted in the story "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow" when Werner's story was presented, and his arc was sad and conflicting for me. Frogs in a pot all around. SPECTACULAR, MUST READ.
