Really loved this one. After kind-of-meeting a couple members of the Theriot family in Xavier, this was a joy. I'm a sucker for books set in New Orleans and also for freakishly protective men so this book was clearly written just for me.

re-read: holds up. still pure entertainment--if you don't poke at the holes/issues too hard, that is.

this and all future re-reads: look, I unapologetically love this series.
