Rockstar Rebel: A Hero Club Novel by Christine Besze

London is having to start over. Sebastian has received some really good news. Our author does a good job showing that some age-gaps don’t have an affect on a relationship. In this case, since they already have a history nothing comes across as shiver worthy. You could see their connection right from the start.

It was great to see how we get to go on tour with the group that Sebastian belongs to. When I go to read this again, I think I’ll have my earbuds in as I listen to some music. You can see how this story fits into the Cocky Hero Club. Now, if the author had left it with just the band and our main characters I would have been happy with that but she took it one step further.

She also gives us some mystery and suspense. None of that felt out of place or as if she felt like she had to add it. It all fit perfectly into the storyline. Then she creates some heat that if I had a paperback it would probably self-combust. But the ending was frustrating. It left me hanging and I’m hoping that means there’s another book in store for this rock group – fingers crossed. I went the the author’s GoodReads page but didn’t have any luck with that investigation. Maybe it will be another book in the Cocky Heroes World – one can always hope. But I look forward to finding out.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
