I enjoyed this book way more than I anticipated. After not really liking the past few holiday romances that I had read, I was a little bit worried going into this one. However, this book hit all the right buttons. It was surprisingly well written for something of this genre, being witty, funny, and cute. I appreciated all of the positivity in the book, be it for plus sized women, sex workers or mental health. I also liked how things were set up in this book that both the MMC and the FMC knew about each other prior to their meeting, so the “insta-lust” made much more sense. It was also nice to have the book not just centered completely on their relationship, but you also have drama outside of that, and to have the drama around their relationship makes sense.
