This is such an enchanting story and it entails a lot of very real and authentic Gaelic legends and stories about fairies, mixed with a bit of magical realism of today. I loved the two main characters, so authentic and seemingly opposites, and how them getting to know each other reveals such deeper character traits. It‘s definitely a winter book to read, and I will get it also in print. The start was a bit slow but with each chapter it got more engaging. There‘s a second book, but not yet published, which I‘ll have to get as soon as it‘s out.
