I am giving this book 2.5*.

I was surprised I didn't enjoy this book as much as I thought I would. The summary made it sound really great but there was something about everything that did not keep my interest and so didn't succeed in hooking me up. I pushed through, still having hopes until the end but, sadly, it didn't happen.

My favorite character in this was Zeke. Damien was alright and I thought Morgan should have been a much better character, especially knowing she's a witch and everything.

There were elements that could have sparked my interest better, like knowing more of the coven's plans and reading more about a few other things from this but I felt let down and it saddens me. I am sorry to say that I will not continue with book 2 of this series.
