This book is my newest obsession!!! I can't believe I waited this long to finally read Strange the Dreamer. I had been hesitant to pick it up because of all the hype surrounding it - but I shouldn't have worried.

Within the first few pages I was enthralled by the beautiful writing and more than ready to dive into this world filled with longing, dreams, and monsters. This book spoke to me in a way I didn't expect. It had a dreamy, almost poetic feel to it. I was absolutely captivated by the characters and lyrical prose from start to finish and can't wait to read book 2 - especially after THAT ending!!
