This was incredibly well written. I thought this would be more about her relationship w her incarcerated father, but it was a lot more to do with her mother, and I was so not prepared lol. I unfortunately really related to the complex messiness of the mother-daughter relationship, and the awkwardness of maintaining that relationship in adulthood. I really enjoyed the audio book!
