My oh my!
I could scrounge my entire arsenal of vocabulary and still would come up short on words to describe the absolute dreadfulness and delight I felt while reading this story arc.

Although, the prelude of the series meticulously sowed the seeds of the impending doom and also, I have already been spoiled by the Internet, it all still came off as shocking and terrifying.

Berserk was my first manga with absolutely zero idea of how the surroundings and characters should sound.And yet it all tied up in the end so marvellously.

I pictured the entire sequence of the inception of the Eclipse with the sound of the gong recurrently ringing in the background, loud enough to drown the unnecessary noise, only allowing the dialogues escape up until the moment when the entire main cast was enveloped by that giant whirlpool and was slaughterd mercilessly 10 chapters later.

One word :- ICONIC!
