Clean Code: A Handbook of Agile Software Craftsmanship by Robert C. Martin

5.0

I believe this book to have been a tremendous help in my development as a software engineer and building up my confidence and ability to write good, clean code. It is very well structured and quite clear in its lessons. While it uses Java as the example language, most of the principles are language-agnostic and so I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their software-writing abilities, particularly devs with at least some (~1 year) experience under their belts, as I think the lessons in the book will be clearer and take hold a bit better.
