It's hard to review a book when it's the ninth book in a series that you're obsessed with, especially when you don't want to spoil things, without just reiterating all of your other reviews of the series.
But I love Robin Hobb's writing. Her prose is absolutely beautiful, and she has such a lot of things to do about the nature of loneliness and connectedness. I don't know if I loved the epilogue, but I didn't hate it, and I suppose, in a way, I'm happy for it. I was a little disappointed that I was somewhat spoiled for this story due to the existence of the final trilogy in The Realm of the Elderlings, but not by too much.
Also, wow, I bawled so many times during this book.
