The White Lady by Jacqueline Winspear

3.0

I found Jacqueline Winspear’s “The White Lady” to be a serviceable story that kept me engaged throughout. The narrative was compelling enough to hold my attention, making it an enjoyable read.

However, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated with the character of Elinor White. Despite being portrayed as a bright woman, she makes some pretty questionable decisions when it comes to her lovers. This aspect of her character didn’t quite sit well with me.

Overall, “The White Lady” is an engaging read with a few flaws, but it still manages to provide an entertaining experience.
