- what can be said about this novel that hasn’t already been shouted from the rooftop sense this one came out in April! I really loved it as I knew I would, I am a big Emily Henry fan and is it really summer with out reading one of her books? I loved the Maine setting in this one it reminded me of home and I also loved the group of friends trope and thought it was done really well to show how that can play out later in life, I myself only have a few friends left from highschool and collage and love to experience a friend group like that through books lol. I also loved the relationship of wyn and Harry. I thought it was well done through the flashbacks and I loved their sexual tension but also compassion in the now. Overall I loved this and thought it was a perfect read for a rainy august weekend! In my Emily Henry ranking it’s number 3 on the list!
