This is a very slim volume of writings and, unfortunately, it only includes letters from Rich to Sayigh. It would have been much more meaningful to be able to read his responses to her. Nevertheless, it's lovely to read Rich's letters from early in her career while glimpsing her friendship with an elder Palestinian poet.
