Devil's Chew Toy by Rob Osler
3.0
Hayden McCall is a teacher by day, blogger about the gay dating scene by night. When a brief meeting with a stripper gets very complicated very fast, he and Hollister and Burley, two extremely tall lesbians, team up to find Camilo, the missing stripper.
What I loved:
-the very real skepticism expressed about the police and their interest in doing anything to help Camilo
-Whatever Hollister and Mysti have going on
-the non-romance of it all. More investigative mlm/wlw friendships!
What I was on the fence about
-the continued reference to everyone's size
-Hayden's inner voice wasn't really for me, it was very strong in character, but I struggle with first person narrative and Hayden's thought processes weren't always my fave
-I wish we had seen more of Camilo!
