EBOOK // Simply not my thing. I was not expecting the amount of gore based on the synopsis or cover. But that stuff honestly does not bother me, I was just shocked. I would have DNFed this book if it was not a graphic novel that I knew I could get through easily. The story was really hard to follow and I honestly felt lost 90% of the time, since I couldn’t understand what exactly the girls were feeling or experiencing. It felt like the book jumped around a lot which just is not for me. It’s not a bad thing to do a reveal of the haunting past at the end, but it makes me less sympathetic to the characters in the beginning aka I didn’t get as attached as was probably intended.
