I had really high hopes for this book, but it let me down. It was really disappointing and painfully boring. I couldn’t even get past the second chapter. The author is clearly someone who had extremely high hopes of being “someone remarkable” and who struggled with jealousy for her husband who seemed to have become that “someone” before she did. I found this book immature and pretentious. Wouldn’t recommend and regret buying it.
