A strong sequel to ‘she who became the sun’, but I felt like the story dragged on at some points in comparison. I loved the exploration of grief and anger, and the different manifestations for each character. I did enjoy the ending too, even though I anticipated more. However, I do wish we saw more of Ma’s character throughout the whole story.
