I appreciated that this largely refrained from being too repetitive - hard to do when you have a couple see-sawing between only two options - but.... I hate how easy this is. Life and Fate and Blythe and Aris, it feels like cheating? Things aren't interesting to me anymore when they're predetermined and that's what loving the same person for centuries, never being able to feel for anyone else, is, despite Fate not knowing what Blythe's tapestry holds. It doesn't feel like people making choices, it feels like the universe making choices for them and.... I like free will too much to ever find that romantic.
