Honestly, was very disappointed.

I was so bored for most of it that my eyes wandered through the pages.

This also would have worked as a stand alone. 3 books were a stretch. I'm so sad cause I loved the characters but I somehow lost that affection in the second book.

Lou never recovered from her broken state in book 2. After Nicholina was removed from her body, she just returned as the old Lou from the first book. It's almost like her darkness in book wad a dream. Book 2 is a dream.
