Only thing that would make this book better is if there were diagrams to depict the structure / composition of the teeth described in Chapter 1, and if there were actual examples of a daily brushing routine instead of an overview. Though I especially liked the trick about using garlic and salt, I will try to implement that home remedy and see if it will help with my inflammations.
