Another summer, another Monaghan book I love. Ali’s life is in shambles. Her mom passed away, her marriage has imploded and she can’t find the strength to get out of sweatpants. She has lost herself and that’s tough when you’re a mom. She decides that her and the kids are going to have a “Champaign summer” and she’s going to pull herself out of the trenches and what better way than a summer romance? Of course, this is not a simple summer romance but one lovely summer leads to a lifetime of change and happiness. I really enjoyed this one and it’s perfect for summer!
