I found the story very engaging and I adored Annie's inner thoughts and POV as the narrator. I'm satisfied with how it turned out, though I would have been extra happy if the author had explored themes a bit more, gone a bit further with the plot (gave us more Doug, Delta, and that boy...). I didn't mind that it was sci-fi light and romance-heavy.
