The way I feel for Fallon is UNHEALTHY. I am obsessed with that male. This was one of the best arranged marriage/alien x human romances I have ever read. It was perfect. There were a lot of funny, silly moments because Fallon learned everything he knew about humans from a book XD He was so eager to just please Darcy, he wasn't expecting anything or looking for anything from her other than bringing her joy. I was just amazed at how big his heart was and how he really never had an ulterior motive. and his backstory, oh my gosh. I cried so much for Fallon, he's forever going to be one of my favorite characters ever.
Darcy was such a surprise, in the book before this I really thought she was going to be a cold character that I wouldn't like as much, but I really love her. She was always waiting for the other shoe to drop with Fallon and was so focused on playing the role of a good wife. I love seeing her fall for him, like it was really cute. She was pretty immediately attracted to him but the feelings came much slower (but it wasn't slow burn it was amazing pacing)
The whole book was really enjoyable, and I cannot wait for the 3rd book, I'm already a big fan of the characters from what I've read of them!
