This volume got VERY steamy to the point that I was concerned that it would go to H-manga levels! It didn't but holy moly it got unnervingly close to it. There is the introduction of a potential love tringle, but it's more of a one-sided thing. I did like that the volume expands a tiny bit on what else there is beyond vampires, but it's not much. Still very trope filled, but it's a fun read.
