Sometimes my teenaged daughter and I read the same book so we can have our own little book club. This one was a great pick for this purpose.
I’ve read this author before and she’s a wonderful storyteller, but this book is next-level.
So moving and relatable—who doesn’t wish their kid/mom understood them better, and vice-versa?
Fun, thoughtful, funny and poignant, I hope this gets into the hands of teens and parents, alike.
(And I’d kill to see it made into the movie it deserves!)
