Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl

emotional informative inspiring reflective sad medium-paced

5.0

More than the first half of this short book is about Frankl's experiences in Nazi concentration camps. The last third or so of the book discusses Logotherapy which Frankl developed. Both sections are difficult--the first because of the horrors, the second because of the depth of material covered in a short space. Overall, I very much appreciated the sincerity of the author and his depth of understanding of the human condition. I listened to the audiobook which was narrated very well. The Foreword by Harold Kushner was very helpful.
