When Tides Turn by Sarah Sundin
2.0
Another enjoyable read from Sarah Sundin! This book was a delightful read, like the other two stories in the series. I really enjoyed the characters and watching them overcome their own personal struggles. Like the other books in the series, I would have preferred this book to be simply a love story, rather than a love story/mystery, but I still enjoyed it. I found myself rushing through the parts where Tess was finding herself wrapped up in the mystery simply because I wanted more of the dynamic between her and Dan. As the sixth book I've read by Sarah Sundin, I was pleased with her use of historical events and how she brings the era of the 1940's and WWII to life. I also enjoyed her Pinterest boards while reading the book! May I also add the book covers for this series are on point, with the depiction of each character looking exactly as you want them!
