The Cleaner by Brett Battles

Calling the main female character Orlando should have been my tip off that this was not going to be a good story. That and the other two female characters either started off dead or ended up dying. Also, Orlando was always Orlando, Nate was Nate, but Jonathan Quinn was only ever Quinn. Like why? Why have this as the naming convention?

Otherwise it’s a pretty standard spy thriller. There’s a twist that is sort of predictable. The rest of it is fine. I listened to the audiobook and read the book. It’s fine but just got tired of the only female character who spent most of the book fetching and carrying and being told what to do by the literally bigger white male.
