Shut Out by Kody Keplinger

It was funny, sweet, and I liked the fact that it was so body and sex positive. You don't come across many YA contemporaries that portray the 'slutty' girl in a positive light. Just "I like sex and that doesn't make me a whore or a slut"
The only character I didn't enjoy was the main character. I get that she's supposed to be neurotic, and i sympathized with her because I share some of her anxiety, but she annoyed me at times and I didn't really feel her change as a person. I was more interested in the girls she befriended than the main character herself.
But a great YA Contemporary that I will read again and I will recommend to anyone in need of YA.
