My Evil Mother by Margaret Atwood
3.0
I didn’t expect much from this (again short story!) but I love MA so I dove in! - it was such a good wee read, it wasn’t mind blowing but her writing shines through plus the end gave me goosebumps!
Set in the 1950s, from the viewpoint of a daughter who isn’t sure if her mother is actually a witch! - as she gets older life and her mum is still as mysterious as ever, is she just an over protective mum or can she cast spells?!
