last book of the year and it's a dud....

I really thought that with going into this book with the right expectations I would like it. I didn't think it was going to be an actual apocalyptic book, I thought it would be slice of life, and yet here I am giving it two stars. 

I just didn't care about this so much that I preferred the flashback chapters to the apocalypse ones. luckily those were more plentiful
