Its not as hard as one might think to become happy, the hard part is just to keep being it. It's hard because it's so easy to get in your head that If you are to be happy, you have to be happy exactly all of the time. And who in the world has the energy for that? Happiness can be exhausting. Honestly, it's more often enough just not to be the opposite.

This book took me awhile to finish but I loved it I sobbed a little fell In love with the characters and kicked my feet at Lucas's character growth if you are having a hard time and don't read self help I recommend this if this book was longer it'd be a 5 I'm happy to say I'll be returning for more of Fredriks books.
