I'm surprised by the very highly rated reviews. I've been following Bigger Pockets since 2017-2018, and their podcasts, introductory webinar events, and books usually meet the mark, but this book is a very long-winded version of their 2013 book The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing The content is pretty much the same, but this 2018 rendition has an extra 200 extra pages of fluff, which is sad because I thought I was getting something different from this version. This book is skippable if you've read the former.
