This is a lovely book to share with very young children to help them to understand where different products come from on the farm (thank you chickens for fresh eggs, thank you sheep for warm wool.) The pictures are very attractive and my two year old really loved pointing to the different animals, food and plants and naming them. This would be a very useful book to use in a nursery/preschool setting to introduce life on a farm. It would also make a lovely gift for a 1-2 year old.
