P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han

5.0

I could of finished this book yesterday but my God I needed a break from seeing Peter and gen together 24/7. It pissed me off so many times that Peter would always choose Genevieve, or hang out with her more than his ACTUAL girlfriend. Rant 1: I wasn't expecting the hot tub situation to go THAT far. I felt bad for lara jean and im glad that peter dealt with it, protecting his girl. If that happened in real life, the part where someone thinks it's a good idea to record a couple make out and post it online with the caption "hot tub sex" (they didn't, that school just loves gossip) should honestly get a life. I mean a whole instagram account for making people feel ashamed of themselves. How sad. I don't see how in this book it's funny that they're have a private moment and be publicly shamed but it in front of the whole school. Lara Jean is a trooper here. If it were me in that situation, id beg my parents to put me in homeschool and if it was pined to someone else, they wouldn't be laughing. Stuff like that ruins your reputation. Not just in your school but in the outside world. It may be deleted on the internet but some low life would save it. Moving on from that rant and onto the next.
2: The majority of this book, I genuinely thought that Genevieve was manipulating Peter with her "family issues" but turns out she really did and it's honestly sick. I never liked gen, but her dad whose probably in his 40s or 50s making out with an 18 year old girl who was LITERALLY in margot class being in a relationship is just
