It's OK That You're Not OK: Meeting Grief and Loss in a Culture That Doesn't Understand by Megan Devine

5.0

This book was an honest, open experience of grief and how it affects your mind, body, and relationships. It helped me feel less alone as I go through my own grief of losing a partner, a home, and a life that I won’t get to live. It helped me understand how to better communicate with those attempting to support me. It helped me know that there’s no “right way” of doing this, and I’m not a failure in how I’m grieving.
