The drawing is cute, the plot is cute.
Teen girl living in a house full of adult strangers is a bit iffy to me.
This is shoujo, soooooo she will most likely end up with ML but since I became an adult, a relationship between a minor and a twenty-something-dude has become more and more of a no for me.

However, this book doesn't really depict high school life so we can ignore that and also for the first volume there was only one accidental kiss, so it's fine I guess.

Ignoring all of the above, there's a lot of shirtless, just woke up face of ML which is just *chef's kiss*
