The Woman in Coach D by Sarah A. Denzil
4.0
Where do I start? I grabbed this book because it was a freebie with my subscription. I love a good thriller mystery, and the synopsis sounded interesting. I knew that I would most likely like it even though most readers gave it 3 stars. I tend to like things most don't. This book was like watching a telenovela, one moment you think you have it all worked out and then the writer throws all these twists and turns at you. I didn't hate it but it wasn't the best thought-out story towards the end I went with it and am not mad about how it ended. I have to say one thing that was a bit bothersome in the book. The main chick we follow throughout the story has a traumatic brain injury so she forgets a lot surrounding her friend's death and disappearance, and when things start to come back to her she remembers she likes girls and then later down the road in this story makes a statement like, "now that I know I'm bisexual" ummm no that's not how that works. You don't just forget you're bisexual lol. I don't know but that part was highly comical and made me chuckle.
