but tbh halfway through the book, I'm like, "PLEASE just kiss already :("

I love Ben because I resonate so much with them. And though I'm pretty sure I'll end up kicked out when I come out like them, I still latch onto this book because it's damn beautiful! I got good goosebumps from reading this book and it's a very Nice Experience :)
ALSO NATHAN! literal sunshine :D But his open flirting made me Infuriated (I. want. them. to. Kiss. for the longest time.)
Mariam is such a cool character, though. I wanted more parts about them :)
And the end is so nicely wrapped up! When the title's so nicely referenced, my goosebumps INTENSIFIED.

This book is so important for me and all the other non-binary folks here. I Will Bring This Book To My Grave. 100/10
