I highly recommend reading this book. It has very helpful information regarding lowering anxiety and stress by drinking in, with all the senses, what forests and nature have to offer. It even goes into how to bring a little of the natural outdoors to the indoor spaces to improve your quality of life. The physical, hardback book itself is quite remarkable, filled with numerous pictures of forest, streams, and other natural settings. My only wish were for the pages to be glossy so that the photos would stand out even more. The spine of the book is the trunk of a tree with the front and back covers being the branches. Quite unique! I learned several new things from this book. My wish is for everyone to read it!
