I added this to my TBR after seeing it on a list of books with unhinged female characters (and no further explanations of the plot) and while that was true, this book took a turn that I was NOT expecting.

The characters were all vile but I guess that was the point.

SpoilerI felt so bad for the poor little dog and even though I saw it coming I just can’t get over the fact that Lucy practically poisoned the dog with sedatives to the point where it overdosed and died, simply so she could get some fish stick??? MAAM????
