The MC has a definite whiff of Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way about her.

The plot is unhinged and depends entirely on how extra super special the MC and her team are. The world building is shoddy at best, absolutely buck wild at worst.

The tech is both convoluted and dated, though I can't really fault an author for not being clairvoyant.
